The title page of the journal bears the year 1898, Andreu Santin Muriel correctly pointed out that the Von Lendenfeld article is the first of three separate articles in the volume, which was already available in print in 1897, before the completion of the journal volume [(cf. Topsent (1898)]. According to ICZN art. 21.3 the publication date is thus 1897. ]
