Description 1. De “zee-draadworm” (Gordius marinus), later herkend door van Benthem Jutting (1970) als vermoedelijk een snoerworm (Micrura sp.). 2. De “zee-slak” (Mollusca marina), later herkend door van Benthem Jutting (1970) als een platworm (Plagiostomum vittatum). 3. De “zee-luis” (Monoculus marinus), later herkend door van Benthem Jutting (1970) als de larve van een eendenmossel (Lepas anatifera). 4 – 5. De “zee-kwal” (Medusa marina), later herkend door van Benthem Jutting (1970) als de zeevonk (Noctiluca miliaris, synoniem van Noctiluca scintillans). 6.
