Description De polychaete worm zit in een koker die opgebouwd is uit grof zand en stukjes schelpmateriaal. Het 5 mm brede kokertje steekt ongeveer 1-5 cm uit boven de zeebodem. Bij vloed steekt de worm zijn tentakels uit de koker voor het vangen van zijn voedsel.
