A new species of Vestimentifera is described, Lammellibrachia [sic] victori n.sp. the first founded in the Southern Hemisphere. Considerations about the systematic position of the group are done, and due to the many anatomical and physiological pecularities [sic] founded and from the comparative study of related groups, a new phylum is proposed: Mesoneurophora.
