Abstract
Two species belonging to the genus Spiniphiline Gosliner, 1988 are introduced and described as new to science: Spiniphiline richardsoni sp. nov., originating from deeper waters of Ascension Island and Spiniphiline verbinneni sp. nov., originating from the waters of La Gomera Island. Both new species are compared with the previously known Spiniphiline kensleyi Gosliner, 1988, Spiniphiline persei Caballer & Ortea, 2015 and Spiniphiline caboverdensis MalaquiasOhnheiser, Oskars & Willassen, 2016, which they are conchologically distinct from.
