Taxonomy After Nygren's (2004) revision of the autolytin taxa, the genus Autolytus was considered as a junior synonym of Myrianida. However, some species remained within Autolytus as "incertae sedis", due to the fact that their taxonomic position within the Autolytinae remains unclear.  [details]
