Abstract
    The Fourth Meeting of the Working Group on Tsunamis and Other Hazards Related to Sea-Level Warning and Mitigation Systems (TOWS-WG-IV) was held in Paris, France, on 21-22March 2011, at UNESCO Headquarters, under the chairmanship of Mr Sang-Kyung Byun (IOCVice-chairman). The meeting evaluated progress in actions and decisions taken by theGoverning Bodies, mainly through Resolution XXV-13 and Resolution EC XLIIII.6 and reviewedan advanced draft of the Compendium of definitions and terminology on sea level-relatedhazards, disasters, vulnerability and risks in a coastal context as well as the joint Report of theInternational tsunameter Partnership and the DBCP, on Ocean Observing Platform Vandalism.
